GENERAL INFORMATION

LaTeX TEMPLATE

If your paper will be typeset using LaTeX, please download the template package that produces the proper format.

In the package, you will find the following files:

You may consult the CTAN (Comprehensive TeX Archive Network) at http://www.ctan.org or http://www.tex.ac.uk or http://dante.ctan.org or http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/ for recent updates and style files.

MS WORD TEMPLATE

If your paper will be typeset using MS Word, save this link to download the template. You may need to click the right button of the mouse and select "Save this link as..."

The template is named "tmpl_sp2008.dot". Drag it to the folder containing templates near the MS-Word application. Then create a new file based on this template.

To do this, restart MS-Word and select "Project Gallery" in the "File" menu. A dialog window will be displayed. Select "Word documents" in the "Show" popup menu. The currently available templates will be displayed. Click "tmpl_sp2008.dot".

RICH TEXT FORMAT TEMPLATE

If you have problems using the MS Word template with your version of the program, you might create your paper modifying the sample document in RTF format (save this link).
